February, 1980 with its main manufacturing activities focus on plastic products utilising blow moulding, injection moulding, extrusion process, silk-screen printing, off-set printing in the production of plastic bottles, caps, covers, oil enclosures etc for pertroleum, toiletries, food packaging and pharmaceutical industries. |

| The Company started operation in 1980 from rented factories in Petaling
Jaya with a small workforce of 50 persons and over the years has grown tremendously to its
present size of over 200,000 sq. ft. of build up factory and warehousing facilities fully
owned by the Company in Shah Alam, a prime industrial area. Currently, we have a total workforce of 500 person in the various department of the Company. |

| The Company is headed by Mr. Chen Yat Lee, who is the founder and Managing
Director of the Company. He was the first Malaysian awarded the German Scholarship to
study Plastic Technology in Germany in mid nineteen sixties. He has wide spectrum of
experiences in the field of technological support and innovative product development in
the plastic related industries for past 35 years. The operation of the Company is also supported by a team of experienced managers heading respective departments and equiped with numbers of years' of experience in their respective field. |

| Blow moulding products line consist mainly of bottle and containers
catering mainly to 1) Oil and Lubricant Industries 2) Toiletries and Detergent Manufacturers 3) Foods Processing Industries 4) Pharmaceutical Packaging Industries Injection moulding product line consist mainly of caps for bottle packaging, plastic covers for food processing industries and injection moulded products for specialised packaging industries. |

| To accommodate our increased production capacities, we have expanded a new
block of factory and warehouse with a build up area of 60,000 sq. ft. and acquired a few
unit of high tech sophisticated blow moulding machineries from Germany, Italy and United
States to cater for more innovative product line to be launched by the Company. We have equiped our Company with more than 100 units of blow moulding, injection moulding, printing and labelling machines to cater for the enlarged and growing market share of the Company. For the purpose of synergy and value added on existing products line, the Company have invested in advance printing machineries from Italy both in silk-screen, ultra violet and offset printing to boost a complete one stop requirement for the customers. |

| The Company takes greater interest and emphasis in maintaining high
standard of quality control on all the products manufactured in our plant. We are
constantly investing in the latest and more sophisticated testing equipment both on line
and off line to boost high standard of quality control in our manufacturing process. The Company's philosophy of maintaining good quality products to the customers' satisfaction is always observed at any level of process operation. |

| The Company have also upgraded and introduced automation process in the warehousing procedures and envisaged computerised record keeping for stock and finished goods produced by the Company. |
