Established in 1979 and approved by the Government, China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Guangzhou Corporation (CATIC GZ) is an internationalized and conglomerated corporation of diversified undertakings, with import & export trade as mainstay business and engaged in management of trade, industry, commerce, technology, finance and real estate. Being a large - scale enterprise under China National Aero - technology Import & Export Corporation and located in Guangzhou, CATIC GZ is one of the key channels in coastal area for aviation industry of China to handle international business. In 1993, CATI GZ ranked No. 9 among the top 50 foreign trade enterprises in Guangzhou and in 1994, stood at 307 among the top 500 foreign trade enterprises nationwide while holding the 58th and 51st place respectively for its imp./ exp. volume among Guangdong's first 100 foreign trade enterprises (in terms of imp./ exp. volume and export volume).
