Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 16 March 2012, 28 March 2012, 19 April 2012, 17 May 2012, 20 July 2012, 24 July 2012, 12 August 2012, 30 August 2012, 21 September 2012, 12 October 2012, 23 October 2012, 9 November 2012 and 23 November 2012 in relation to the Suit.

The Company wishes to announce that with reference to the Suit, a similar suit was filed by LPB against the Company and Dr Tan Boon Nunt on 24 July 2012 in the High Court Kuala Lumpur with Suit No. 23NCVC-90-07/2012.

The said Suit No. 23 NCVC-90-07/2012 was recently fixed for Case Management on the 22 November 2012 whereby the Court had struck the matter out with no order as to cost reason being that LPB was wound up pursuant to an Order dated 21 September 2012 by the High Court of Kuala Lumpur in Winding Up petition No. 28NCC-387-05-2012.
