Reference is made to the announcements dated 10
October 2011, 11 October 2011 and 12 October 2011 in respect of the
Proposed Subscription.
AsiaEP had on this date, issued a letter
to Lestari for Lestari to remedy a breach pursuant to Clause 7.6 of
the Subscription Agreement dated 10 October 2011,
failing which the proposed subscription shall be deemed terminated,
fourteen (14) days herefrom.
AsiaEP will make the follow-up announcements should
there be any new developments.
