The Board of Directors
of AsiaEP Resources Berhad (formerly known as AsiaEP Berhad) has approved
the change of financial year end of the Company from 28 or 29 February to
31 August. Thus, the next set of financial statements will be made up from
1 March 2011 until 31 August 2012 covering a period of 18
months.
Thereafter, the financial year end of the Company shall end
on 31 August for each subsequent year. |
