Further
to the Company's announcements dated 29 February 2012, 12
March 2012 and 13 March 2012, the Company wishes to
announce that its Board of Directors has on 21 March
2012 received a letter dated 19 March 2012 from the
Requisitionists, replacing Dato' Clement Tan Wei Loon
(NRIC No. 701105-01-6327), Mohamed Jawad Khan (NRIC No.
481118-08-5211) and Prof. Dr. Chin Yew Sin (NRIC No. 600402-08-5211)
who were 3 of the 5 persons nominated by the
Requisitionists to be appointed as new Directors of the Company
in their requisition dated 9 February 2012, with the following
new nominated persons :-

Dato' Ng Wai Sing (NRIC No. 650314-08-6201)
2)
Dato' Yu Chee Hong @ Looi Chee Hong (NRIC No.
730704-10-5025)
3)
Dato' Chai Boon Chin (NRIC No. 560616-08-5205)
The Board of Directors has also received the Statutory
Declaration by a Person before Appointment as Director (Form
48A), Statutory Declaration in Relation to Restriction on
Directorship, Undertaking by a Director of a Listed Corporation
(Annexure GN15-C) and Particulars Required of a New Chief
Executives and Directors of Listed Corporations Under Section
319(2) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 from the 3 newly
nominated Directors as mentioned above.
The
Company will make the necessary announcement on further
development in due course.
