| Reference is
made to the Company's announcements dated 17 August 2012 and 22 August
2012 about the Company's application for an extension of time from
Bursa Malaysia to appoint a Sponsor ("the application")
pursuant to Rule 8.04(3)(a) (ii) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements, the Company
wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, via a letter dated 13
September 2012, has decided to reject the application. The
Company would submit an appeal to Bursa's decision. This
announcement is dated 13 September 2012. |
