Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 16 March 2012, 28 March 2012, 19 April 2012, 17 May 2012, 20 July 2012 and 24 July 2012 in relation to the Suit.

The Company wishes to announce that the hearing of the 2nd, 7th and 8th Defendants' application for striking out the Writ and Statement of Claim is now fixed to be heard on 30 August 2012.

The Company will make the necessary announcements on further development on this matter in due course.
