Reference is made to the announcements dated 10 October 2011, 11 October 2011, 12 October 2011 and 28 February 2012 in respect of the Proposed subscription, 19 March 2012 in relation to the Company¡¯s demand for the refund of RM2,000,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Million) deposit placed with Lestari Pasifik Berhad ("LPB"), 25 April 2012, 18 May 2012, 10 July 2012, 2 August 2012 and 13 August 2012 in relation to the filing of the Winding Up Petition against LPB ("The Case").

The Company wishes to announce that the Court has adjourned The Case for hearing on 21 September 2012.
