All magazines/carriers, trays and tubes are produced from aluminium extrusion which require high precision dimensions and relatively tight tolerances. Design capabilities include both the extrusion die and the extrusion itself to meet high exacting requirements. Manufacturing also entails further machining capability to meet today's stringent requirements for Plasma Etching and the likes.

We participate actively with our customers to design the most suitable tooling for their final application needs. The process begins with the extrusion die design right up to surface finishing at the other end of the process.
