MAIN BUSINESS & EXPERIENCE

Procoat has being in the surface coating business with an extensive years in paint finishing work, particularly on wet-paint system coating on metal and plastic substrates.

The company is managed by qualified personnel who have been trained in plant management with many years of experience especially in paint formulations and application. The company's familiarity in coating and painting works are specially in candytone, metallic and cocktail paint system. The wet-paint system used in the company for the past years are of the high quality candytone and metallic paint type, is either stoving or force-dry type.

Our staff are also being trained in Japan on surface finishing particularly in paint spraying and chrome plating. With these overseas experience and exposure our company aims to be well poised to be in a position to give you excellent service and good quality surface-finishing work. We are confident to be able to serve you and your requirements when coating or painting high quality finish to meet the most impressive quality and paint finishing.
Our experience in coating products include automobile parts, OEM, requiring a high standard in finishing works. The quality standards for our works conform to JIS specifications.
