DRUM OIL ROASTING FRYING MACHINE

Drum Roasting Frying Machine function as an oil fryer. This machine helps to fry various types of foods, such as raw peanut, coated peanut, green peas and all type of product required long frying time. The product conveyed smoothly inside the frying drum by the internal screw conveyor system.
The frying oil level automatically top up by the automatic refilling system. This machine equipped with variable speed controller and suited to requirement product frying time. Temperature of this fryer controlled with auto setting and cut off system. Oil circulation filter system help to circulate the frying oil for not deposited and provided the easy cleaning for refilling or drainage to the storage tank. Discharge conveyor located at the outlet chute, conveyed the entire frying product to the Oil Screener. Oil Screener function to screen all the excessive oil from the product before other process takes place.

HYDRAULIC EXTRUDER SNACK PROCESSING LINE



Ingredients like flour, flavoring, water etc are mixed well in the ribbon mixer. Place the mixture in Hydraulic Extruder and feed into a continuous Frying Machine.

The fried product will go through a cooling conveyer and then Rotary Flavoring Drum for coating purpose before packing. The product can be formed into various shapes like ring, stick and flat shape.
