Elmatic Sdn Bhd was established in 1978, specialized in the manufacture of seat cover for automobile of all models. In 1994 our company expanded its operation to include the manufacture of cloth dust filter bag for vacuum cleaner in respond to market demand. We also manufacture customized product of special design, in accordance to our customers’ request.

Through the years, Elmatic Sdn Bhd had trained a team of skilled personnel with more than 10 years experience. We also update our machines and production methods, in line with latest technological development, in order to produce high quality products consistently and economically.

For the automobile seat cover, the materials of knitted fabric are purchase from local and imported supplier. The raw material for cloth dust filter bag for vacuum cleaner utilized material such as Polyester, Nylon, Cotton, which are manufactured locally. Before the manufacture of vacuum cleaner dust filter bag, we go through various tests to ensure that the cloth is complying with the technical specification, as part of our quality assurance procedure.

Our major customers of vacuum cleaner dust filter bag are Matsushita Electric Co., (M) Bhd and Hitachi Consumer Product (S) Pte.Ltd.. Although Elmatic Sdn Bhd currently supply to both the domestic and oversea market, we shall continuously strive for higher productivity and market our products worldwide in anticipation of globalization.
