Established in 1989, Azman Hamzah Plastik's
(AHP) core business involvement is in precision plastic injection
moulding
AHP was awarded the ISO 9002 Quality Assurance System Certificates in 1996 and QS 9000 Quality System in April 2002, with these stringent procedures and guides in place rigorous control has been established at email statge of production, from receiving the material right to the delivery point and ensure that all products comply with customer specifications. Besides injection moulding, AHP's production involved tooling fabrication, assemblies, vibration welding, hot plate, ultrassonic welding, painting and Research & Development. AHP produces more than 200 products which divided into three categories, interior trim, exterior trim and engine component, with wide range of machinery from 100T up to 2500T. AHP's business potential and demands had grown tremendously. Paid up capital in 1997 was increased from RM1M to RM3.1M for 2002. Whilst Proton remain as the company's main customer, AHP has over the years widened its customer base to include Perodua, Toyota, Hicom Teck See Car Seat Malaysia, Oriental Summit Industries, TRW, Malaysia Truck & Bus, HASU Industries Sdn. Bhd. and other companies in the local automotive and electrical industries. AHP also already entered export market by supplying parts to most Asia country including South Africa. |
